Two different jobs, one neighbourhood
Williamsburg has the most diverse Brooklyn building stock: pre-war industrial loft buildings on one side, post-2010 condo construction on the other. The pre-war work is lime mortar and parapet rebuild; the new-build work is failed mortar joints, weep-hole repair, and façade-tie corrosion. We do both.
Condo board work
Most of our Williamsburg work is for condo associations addressing FISP inspection reports. We can attend board meetings, present scope and pricing, and coordinate with your property manager and QEWI engineer.
